If you haven't spent at the Flybuys Store lately, it may be that your Flybuys Points have expired. Flybuys Points last three years before they expire or will be expired at 11.59pm on 31 December 2024 (whichever is sooner), as a result of the closure of the Flybuys programme. To prevent your Flybuys Points expiring, we'll aways use your oldest points first when you purchase an item from the Flybuys Store.

Other possible reasons for their disappearance are if the Flybuys or Flybuys Points were added by mistake, or if they were from a transaction that was later cancelled or refunded. All Flybuys Points remaining in your Flybuys account at 11:59pm on 31 December 2024 will be expired as a result of the closure of the Flybuys programme.
