On the website and app, we show the newest New World Clubcard for the member, or if they don't have a Clubcard, then the newest Flybuys card. The Pumped Stacked balance shown will be specific to this card too. If the customer has more than one Flybuys card, they may be using different cards at different places. At the moment they can't choose which card we show the balance for, but it's best if they use the same card everywhere. If there is a Clubcard they don't have or don't use, they can contact New World to close it.
