Flybuys is closing at the end of 2024. You can still earn Flybuys across our partner network until 11.59pm on 31st October and you have until 11.59pm on 31st December to redeem your Flybuys Points. If you have any questions about the Flybuys closure please check out our FAQs.
New World Dollars are like real dollars (1 New World Dollar = $1 NZD when used instore or online at New World) that are loaded onto your Clubcard. New World Dollars can be used for either full or partial payment instore or online at New World (excluding New World fuel sites).
If using your New World Dollars in store, simply scan your physical Clubcard or the barcode in the New World App or Flybuys app and enter your PIN in the EFTPOS terminal when prompted.
Your PIN can be set up on the Clubcard website, or via your New World app, or by calling the Clubcard Helpline on 0800 80 70 70.
For New World Dollar payments in New World Online Shopping, ensure your Clubcard is linked to your New World Online Shopping account before your order. (either full or part payment along with your chosen credit card), select 'place order'.
